You agree not to use the platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any of our systems, including the booking engine, channel manager, or property management system (PMS).
All content on this platform, including the Phoenix Booking Portal interface, text, graphics, logos, software architecture, module designs, and other materials, is the property of Cyber Hospitality and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
All staff members, administrators, and registered guests who create accounts on the Phoenix Booking Portal are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, including reservations made, billing entries recorded, and configuration changes applied through the system.
Room bookings, group room blocks, and add-on services made through the Phoenix Booking Portal are subject to availability and hotel-specific policies configured within the system. Cyber Hospitality reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the platform at any time without prior notice.
All payments processed through the Phoenix Booking Portal must be made in accordance with the pricing and billing terms defined at the time of reservation. This includes room charges, applicable taxes, add-on service fees, and any promotional discounts applied via configured rate codes. Failure to settle outstanding balances may result in cancellation of bookings or suspension of platform access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyber Hospitality shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Phoenix Booking Portal, including but not limited to data loss, reservation discrepancies, or channel manager synchronization errors.
The Phoenix Booking Portal supports integrations with third-party platforms including OTA channels (such as Booking.com, Expedia, and Agoda), payment gateways, door lock APIs, and CRM systems available through the Marketplace. Cyber Hospitality is not responsible for the content, availability, data practices, or policies of any third-party integrated services.
Your use of the Phoenix Booking Portal is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how guest data, staff records, and operational information are collected, stored, and used within the system. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand your rights and our data handling practices.
